Product Description

A: Property PVC is a versatile high molecular compound, expertly polymerized from vinyl chloride monomer (VCM) with a structural element depicted as:
CH2-CHCLn. The degree of polymerization typically ranges from 590 to 1500. During the re-polymerization process, various influencing factors
such as polymerization technique, reaction conditions, reactant composition, and additives contribute to forming eight distinct
types of PVC resin, each with unique performance characteristics. Depending on the residual vinyl chloride content in the polyvinyl chloride resin,
it can be categorized into commercial grade, food hygiene grade, and medical application grade. Visually, polyvinyl chloride resin
appears as a pristine white powder or in pellet form.

B: Application Polyvinyl chloride resin finds extensive application in manufacturing polyvinyl chloride boardy leatheroid, paints, and adhesives,
agents. When classified by application, it includes: 1. Building materials such as UPVC tubing, UPVC pipes, panels, and sectional bars.
2. Packaging materials. 3. Electronic materials including electronic wires, cables, adhesive tapes, and bolts.
4. Furniture and decorative materials. 5. Others: leatheroid, medical disposable products, antiseptic paints, and more.
